Cookies and similar browser technologies help Ikasa keep the store secure, remember a cart and sign-in state, process checkout, understand storefront performance, and—only with permission—measure advertising through Meta.

Necessary cookies support functions such as security, authentication, cart ownership, checkout receipt access, and saved privacy choices. They are always active because the requested store services cannot operate reliably without them.

If enabled in the store, Mixpanel helps us understand aggregate storefront journeys such as visits, product views, cart additions, and checkout steps. It is optional and remains off until you choose to allow Analytics. We use a first-party, random anonymous analytics subject rather than your name, email, address, payment details, order identifiers, raw URLs, or marketing click identifiers. We do not enable session replay or automatic interaction capture in this release.

When you allow Marketing cookies, Meta Pixel may receive events such as PageView, ViewContent, AddToCart, InitiateCheckout, Purchase, and first-time registration. These events help Ikasa measure advertising. Marketing tools are not loaded when you reject this category.

Use Cookie Settings in the footer to accept, reject, or change optional categories at any time. Withdrawing Analytics or Marketing consent stops future corresponding events from Ikasa on that browser and removes its active session identifier. It does not retroactively delete provider records; contact us for a deletion request. You can also use browser and Meta advertising controls for information already handled by those services.

Ikasa stores a first-party record of your current choice for up to one year, unless you clear it or the consent version changes. Provider-controlled technologies may follow their own published retention periods. We will update this policy if the categories or providers materially change.
