Information We Collect
We collect information needed to process orders, provide customer support, and improve the shopping experience, including contact details, shipping details, and order history.
How We Use Information
Customer data is used for checkout, fulfillment, fraud prevention, support, and required business records. We use the hosting provider's server-confirmed country code to select India or international pricing and retain that country code with an order as a pricing record. Payment details are handled by the payment provider and are not stored as card data by Ikasa.
Transactional Communications
We may send essential account and order messages, such as payment confirmation and fulfillment updates, to the verified email address on your Ikasa account. These operational messages are separate from marketing communications.
Service Providers
We use carefully selected providers for hosting, database, authentication, payment, media delivery, and transactional email services. They process only the information needed to provide those services. Delivery records, bounce signals, and complaint signals may be retained to protect customers and prevent repeated unwanted email.
Cookies and Advertising Measurement
Necessary cookies support security, cart, authentication, and checkout. With your permission, Ikasa may use analytics cookies and Meta Pixel to understand visits, product views, cart additions, checkout initiation, completed purchases, and first-time account registration. Marketing tools are not loaded until you accept Marketing cookies, and you can change your choice through Cookie Settings in the footer.
Information Shared with Meta
When Marketing cookies are accepted, advertising measurement may include browser and device information and limited event details such as canonical product SKU, quantity, price, order value, and INR or USD currency. Ikasa does not include shipping addresses, payment identifiers, internal cart identifiers, or product descriptions in these advertising events. Meta processes information under its own privacy terms and advertising controls.
Your Choices
You may reject non-essential technologies, accept them, or manage Analytics and Marketing separately. Withdrawing Marketing consent stops future Meta events from Ikasa on that browser. Necessary operational cookies remain available so the store can continue to function.
