With your explicit newsletter consent, we use your email address to send collection updates and administer the confirmed welcome offer. You may unsubscribe from newsletter updates at any time; essential order emails and any existing reward remain separate. We retain suppression and delivery information where needed to prevent unwanted email and administer the offer.

We collect information needed to process orders, provide customer support, and improve the shopping experience, including contact details, shipping details, and order history.

Customer data is used for checkout, fulfillment, fraud prevention, support, and required business records. We use the hosting provider's server-confirmed country code to select India or international pricing and retain that country code with an order as a pricing record. Payment details are handled by the payment provider and are not stored as card data by Ikasa.

We may send essential account and order messages, such as payment confirmation and shipment updates, to the verified email address on your Ikasa account. A shipment message may include your order reference, a limited item summary, and the carrier tracking link supplied by Ikasa. These operational messages are separate from marketing communications.

We use carefully selected providers for hosting, database, authentication, payment, media delivery, and transactional email services. Resend processes the verified recipient email and the limited account or order message needed to deliver transactional email for Ikasa. Delivery records, bounce signals, complaint signals, and suppression records may be retained where needed to monitor delivery, protect customers, and prevent repeated unwanted email.

Necessary cookies support security, cart, authentication, and checkout. With your permission, Ikasa may use Mixpanel analytics to understand aggregate storefront journeys, including page visits, product views, cart additions, and checkout steps. We use a random anonymous analytics subject, do not send your name, email, phone, address, payment identifiers, order identifiers, or raw URLs, and set the provider IP field to zero. Marketing tools are not loaded until you accept Marketing cookies, and you can change your choice through Cookie Settings in the footer.

When Marketing cookies are accepted, advertising measurement may include browser and device information and limited event details such as canonical product SKU, quantity, price, order value, and INR or USD currency. Ikasa does not include shipping addresses, payment identifiers, internal cart identifiers, or product descriptions in these advertising events. Meta processes information under its own privacy terms and advertising controls.

You may reject non-essential technologies, accept them, or manage Analytics and Marketing separately. Withdrawing Analytics or Marketing consent stops future corresponding events from Ikasa on that browser and removes its active session identifier. Withdrawal does not retroactively erase information already processed by a provider; contact us for a deletion request. Necessary operational cookies remain available so the store can continue to function.
