Validity and refunds
Your reward expires one calendar year after it is first issued. A fully processed refund of the discounted order restores the same reward until its original expiry, even if you placed another order meanwhile. Partial refunds restore it only when completed refunds together reach the full amount paid for that order. Pending or failed refunds do not restore it. A refund does not start a new validity period.
