Ikasa offers worldwide free shipping. If an exceptional destination cannot be served, we will tell you before accepting payment or contact you promptly with the available options.
Dispatch and Delivery
The product page states whether an item is ready to dispatch or ships in 7 days. Express delivery is available where supported. The delivery estimate and available service will be confirmed during checkout or by our customer service team.
Cash on Delivery in India
Cash on Delivery is available in India.
Customs and Duties
For international orders, customs duties and import charges are paid by Ikasa. Customers should not be asked to pay an additional duty charge for the order on delivery. If a carrier requests an unexpected payment, contact Ikasa before paying it.
Order Currency
Orders placed in India are charged in INR. Orders placed outside India are charged in USD. Your confirmed order shows the authoritative currency and total used for payment.
