Ikasa offers worldwide free shipping. If an exceptional destination cannot be served, we will tell you before accepting payment or contact you promptly with the available options.
Dispatch and Delivery
Ready-to-ship orders placed before 4 pm IST are dispatched the same day. Standard delivery takes 2–3 business days for metro cities and 5–6 business days for the rest of India. International delivery timelines vary from 5–10 days. For other items, the product page states the dispatch timeline. The available service will be confirmed during checkout or by our customer service team.
Payment methods
Cash on Delivery is available for eligible orders in India. Razorpay is our secure online payment partner. Checkout shows the payment methods available for your order before you place it.
Customs and Duties
For international orders, customs duties and import charges are paid by Ikasa. Customers should not be asked to pay an additional duty charge for the order on delivery. If a carrier requests an unexpected payment, contact Ikasa before paying it.
Order Currency
Orders placed in India are charged in INR. Orders placed outside India are charged in USD. Your confirmed order shows the authoritative currency and total used for payment.
